We bought a large jar of Cetaphil Cream about 2 1/2 months ago for my father-in-law who is 96. We has been using it faithfully and it is down to about 1/4 full but now it has a terrible rancid smell. I have had a jar that is over a year old and it smells fine. What would cause this? What can we do to prevent it? We bought it as Cosco in West Valley City, UT.
